Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or book a service with Shalom Hair Braiding, 1300 W Stan Schlueter Loop Ste 300, Killeen, TX 76549. By booking with us, you agree to them. If you have a question about anything here, call or text (254) 702-7607 or email info@shalombraiding.com.

1. Appointments

A request sent through our booking form, by text, by phone or by email is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only when we call or text you to confirm the date and time. If your preferred time is not available, we will suggest another one.

2. Coming prepared

Please arrive with your hair washed, detangled and stretched unless we agree otherwise. We provide the braiding hair for your style. You are welcome to bring your own instead, but please let us know when you book so we can plan for it. Hair that needs extra preparation may take longer and may change the price.

3. Running late, cancelling or rescheduling

If you are running late or need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text us as soon as you can so we can offer the time to someone else. Braiding takes many hours, so arriving late may mean we need to shorten, adjust or reschedule your service.

4. Prices and payment

Prices depend on the style, size and length you choose and on your hair. We confirm your price with you before we start. Payment is due when your service is finished.

5. Your hair and scalp

Please tell us before we start about any scalp sensitivity, allergies, recent chemical treatments or conditions that could affect braiding. We braid with gentle tension and care, but results and how long a style lasts depend on your hair, aftercare and daily routine. If something is not right with your style, let us know as soon as possible so we can talk about it.

6. Children

Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission to book. For young children, a parent or guardian should stay at the salon or be easy to reach during the appointment.

7. Photos of your style

We love sharing our work. We may ask to photograph your finished style for our gallery or social media, and we only post photos of you or your child with your permission.

8. This website

The photos, text and logo on this website belong to Shalom Hair Braiding and may not be copied or reused without our permission. We work to keep the information on this site, such as hours, services and prices, accurate, but it can change. Please contact us to confirm details before your visit.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
